Sage Pay
Our primary payment method is Sage Pay, which provides a secure third party payment gateway. Through Sage Pay you can pay directly with Mastercard, Visa, or Amex credit or debit cards or you can process a payment using Paypal. All the processing of the payments is done off site using secure encrypted servers and we don't see or hold any payment information from our customers.
Bank transfer domestic
We can also accept payment by Bank transfer (BACS) and account details for the transfer will be provided at checkout if this method is selected, however please be aware that payment may take a few days and we will only ship once the funds have cleared to our account.
Bank transfer from overseas
As an international customer paying by bank transfer, payment must be made in GB Pounds Sterling You must also ensure that the full amount is paid without charges. If you cannot make the payment without the charges coming to us, you must add an additional £7 to the total to cover charges. Failure to do this will result in delays and further costs as we will not ship until the full payment has cleared and refunds will incur further costs.

Cheque
Cheques will only be accepted if made out in UK Pounds (Sterling) and are made out to pay 'Stanwax Laser'
Cheques take around 5 days to clear and your order will only be shipped once the cheque has cleared to our account.
Cash
Cash is accepted will collection in person by the customer, however we take appointments only by prior arrangement.
Shipping within the UK only
Our prices include UK first class post but we do have some other options available
Special Delivery.
This is a UK only service which is best for higher value orders and gives a timed delivery before 1pm the day after shipping. To ensure there is enough time to get the package to the post office there is a 4:30pm cut off for this service.
Courier Shipping
We offer next day delivery in the UK through APC and all First Contact products are automatically shipped this way (the price of shipping is included with the product price). First Contact can be shipped overseas using Fed-ex but is costly so please contact us before purchase and we can advise the best way to get the goods you need.
In addition Special delivery will not guarantee a delivery on Saturday, so there is an option with an extra charge to include the Saturday service.
Note some items such as Pangolin Quickshow include Special Delivery (not Saturday) at no extra cost.
Overseas shipping - Any destination outside of the UK
Shipping Surcharge for non UK destinations is split into three levels

USA
We make a one off flat rate surcharge for overseas shipping, this is £10.8 (£9+VAT) for Europe and £14 for rest of the world excluding USA and £20 for USA.. This fee covers tracked shipping to destinations outside the UK and since we have introduced this we have not had a single order go missing. With a tracked shipment if there is a delay or a need to chase the item to find out why it has not been delivered, we can help out as we have a means to trace the package.
It is essential that the customer selects the correct destination for their order as failure to do this WILL delay the order. Selecting UK inclusive shipping or UK Special Delivery for non UK destinations WILL NOT mean the customer can pay less for shipping it will just delay the order being processed. The additional cost is for the benefit of the customer.
With a tracked shipment we will do all we can to help the customer find the consignment and will be able to claim for its value if it does not turn up. A lost package without a tracking number cannot have a claim filed and the receiving customer will be liable for the value of the loss
Courier dispatch
We can organise shipping with various couriers for UK and worldwide destinations though the cost can be expensive. On order completion we will look at the size and weight of the package and get a quote based on your destination address. We will then email you with details of the costs for this method. For courier shipments we use TNT to Europe which is normally next day and FedEx for USA which is also normally next day. (NOTE: We cannot guarantee any ship times - they are in the hands of the courier and out of our control)
As a guide USA packages of 1-2kg will normally be around £35 and European TNT shipping of 1-2kg will be around £25 these are estimates only. We will contact you with an exact figure and there will be a time cutoff of noon for booking a shipment via courier.
Additionally we will need a telephone number for all courier shipments.
Some items will be shipped out by courier at our discretion at no extra charge.
