Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the order price less shipping cost as long as the goods are in original packing and are not soiled or damaged in any way - ie are in 'New' resalable condition. Goods returned as used will not be eligable for a full refund.
Refunds or replacement goods will only be provided once the original item has been returned to us. All returns must be made using a tracked and /or signed service.

On the rare occasion your goods do not work, in the first instance we will do our best to help you make sure that you have not done something wrong at your end. If there is a genuine fault you can return the goods to us and we will repair or replace at our discretion.

In stock items will normally be shipped on the same day the order payment is cleared, if using credit card or Paypal this is usually instant. If the order is placed later in the day we will usually ship the order next day . You will recieve order confirmation email once we have processed your order this will indicate which items are in stock and which are not and when shipping will occur. We reserve the right to choose whether part orders are shipped. You will be notified by email that your order status has changed to 'Complete' once shipping has taken place.

International orders are subject to an additional charge which is a flat fee to cover international tracked shipping. This is there to ensure the customers goods arrive, as prior to using this scheme some packages went 'missing'. If you choose to make an incorrect selection based on your location to avoid this small flat rate fee, the customer then takes responsibility for the goods if they are lost in transit. Should an item fail to arrive, and you had correctly selected your location and paid the appropriate fee we will do everything in our power to recover the costs of the items from the postal service and ensure you recieve the goods that you have paid for.
